Payments might not go through for various reasons:

1. There isn’t enough money in your PayPal balance to complete the payment. If you did not add a backup funding source to your account, the payment cannot be completed.

2. The balance on your bank account or credit card is not sufficient. You must first top up your bank account or credit card before you can make the payment.

3. Your PayPal account is limited. Before you can make a payment, you should try to remove the limitation on your account.

4. The payment is blocked by our system for security reasons.

5. If your credit card was declined, check to see if:

a. Your card is expired or out of date — if the card you have on your PayPal account doesn’t have your current billing address or is expired it will be declined. You can update your card’s expiration and/or your billing address quickly and easily in your PayPal account.

b. You need to confirm your card — your card may need to go through a confirmation process. If there’s no “confirm credit card” link on your card details page within your PayPal Wallet, you don’t need to complete this step.

c. Your credit card company or bank has more information — if the above steps don’t solve the issue, you can call your credit card company to identify the problem. To protect your privacy, your credit card company or card issuer doesn’t tell PayPal why your card was declined. If you can still use your card, please try to make your payment again.

6. If your payment won’t process with your bank account or you’re still having problems with your card, try:

a. Changing your funding source at checkout. If you only have one funding source linked to your PayPal account, you’ll need to add another one before you can do this. You can add a credit card or add your bank account. Both options are quick and easy and will give you more flexibility at checkout.

b. Confirming your recipient’s email address or phone number is entered correctly. Make sure the recipient has finished registering for their PayPal account by confirming their information. A payment will fail if they haven’t completed these steps.

If you changed your mind on a purchase or made a mistake you can cancel the payment. If you’re unhappy with your purchase or you haven’t received access to it, you can also communicate directly with IITAE through the contact us page.

Coupon codes must be applied to your order to take advantage of the discount. We are unable to apply the coupon or refund/credit the difference after you have checked out. Please verify that the discount has been applied to the order total before checking out. Coupons may be username specific (be sure to check the details of the offer), limited to one per person, non-transferable, and may not be combined with any other coupons.

Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it’s possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to iitae.edu.oline@gmail.com.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.

Making Courses

In order to change your account name you first need to navigate to the profile page. When there click on the settings tab and then under the general tab you will be able to change your first name, last name, nickname and the name you would like to be displayed.

Click the Unsubscribe button to the right of the sender’s email address at the top of the message you’re looking at. Click the blue Unsubscribe button in the middle of your screen when prompted. You should see the following message at the top of your inbox.

Go to your Profile. Click the Security tab above your name. Click Update next to “Password.” Confirm your current password, enter your new password twice, and click Change Password.
